π© Exhaustion and Getting Through It
Today was one of those days that left me completely drained. Between morning classes, walking all over campus, a night class, and tutoring, my body feels like it’s been through a marathon. ππΎ♀️π¨ Add my period into the mix, and it’s no wonder I’m shaking from sheer exhaustion. π΅πΎπ« Thankfully, no cramps or pain this time—just the heaviness that makes everything feel ten times harder.
The night class is worth it, though. My current math professor actually helps me understand the material, and I’ve been passing quizzes and tests. ✏️π That’s something I’ve struggled with before, so this class, as exhausting as it is, is necessary. It’s a far cry from my old math professor, who failed me—I saw them today, but I didn’t bother saying anything. πΆπΎ♀️π¨ Moving forward is all that matters.
After such a long day, I tried to relax by playing Sims 4 for a bit (they finally brought back burglars! π‘π¦ΉπΎ♂️), but even that felt like too much. By 11 p.m., I was in bed, barely hanging on. π΄π€ Thankfully, tomorrow looks much lighter. No classes—just submitting my essay for writing class, tweaking math homework that isn’t due until March 6, and working on banners, posters, and flyers for Hispanic History Month. π¨π
Working on campus for a paycheck while doing projects related to my major feels great. π°π️ It’s rewarding to see my hard work paying off, and the designs are helping me gain real-world experience. But tonight, I’m too tired to think much about that.
Now, I’m calming my body by watching random infographic videos in the dark. πΊπ It’s the perfect way to let my mind wander and unwind. Sometimes, that’s all you can do when exhaustion takes over.
