So here’s a story: I was recently in Krakรณw, Poland, just minding my business, enjoying the sights, the food, the vibe — and completely forgot to do one major thing:

Buy my Dexcom G7 sensors in bulk.

No prescription.
No insurance games.
No quantity limits.
Just click, pay, done.

Meanwhile back in the U.S.?
๐Ÿงพ Jump through hoops.
๐Ÿšซ Limited to 2 or 3 sensors per order.
⏳ Gotta wait for “approval time” like it's some VIP list.
๐Ÿชช And yes — even with insurance, there are restrictions.

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ Poland Had It All Figured Out

While casually browsing Polish diabetic supply sites like Diabetyk24, I realized something:

  • Dexcom G7 sensors cost just 250 zล‚ (~$63 USD)

  • You don’t need a prescription

  • You can buy as many as you want

And even though I don’t pay out-of-pocket here in the U.S. (thanks to my insurance), I absolutely would’ve paid cash while overseas — just for the freedom to stock up. A 2–3 month supply, no questions asked? Yes, please.

But I forgot. ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝ‍♀️

Not gonna lie — I also had my eye on the Freestyle Libre 3.

Again — I’m grateful I don’t pay out of pocket here, but the hoops I have to jump through to get what I need? Tiring.

Abroad, I could’ve had what I wanted, when I wanted, and as much as I wanted.

lol this ai pic is so funny ๐Ÿ˜‚  Late Post: Written on November 14, 2024 Today was… something, to say the least. It all started with a brutal math quiz ๐Ÿงฎ ➗ that, for some reason, my professor thought could be done in 20 minutes—without a calculator. Seriously? Twenty minutes to solve problems like: • p² + 11p + 30 = (p + 5)(p + 6) • b² + 8b + 15 = (b + 3)(b + 5) • 36 - 25t² = (6 - 5t)(6 + 5t) These aren’t your basic addition problems—factorizing on paper is a whole other struggle! Tackling them without any kind of help was impossible ๐Ÿคฏ. Math class feels like my personal downfall, but I’m powering through as best as I can ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ.
