Two Weeks, Three Countries, Zero Chill.

Back Home… But My Soul’s Still Abroad Hey again from Awkwardly Introverted ๐Ÿฟ️ So… I’m officially back home. But honestly? I want to go back. Like right now. These past two weeks felt like a lifetime — new places, new people, weird food I pretended to like, and more walking than I ever do in an average month ๐Ÿซ . I was tired, overwhelmed, overstimulated… but also kinda thriving. Now I’m home, everything’s quiet, and it’s like the world hit “pause.” I should be glad to be back in my own bed, my comfort zone… but part of me misses the chaos. The exhaustion. Even the awkward group moments and jet lag. I miss living in the moment. I miss the rush of doing something different. I miss feeling like I’m actually out there in the world. ๐Ÿ’ฅ Bonus win: I got more stamps in my passport — Poland, Germany, and Czech Republic! Where to next? ๐Ÿ‘€๐ŸŒ✈️ I guess this is just me trying to settle back into normal life — whatever that even means now. I’ll share more about the trip soon. M...

✈️๐Ÿ›‹️ Post-Travel Soft Reset Checklist: How to Bounce Back Like a Boss ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿพ

Just got back from globe-trotting? Your body needs some TLC to catch up. Here’s your no-stress guide to reset and recharge. 1. ๐Ÿ•ฐ️  Sync with local time Wake, eat, and sleep on your home clock—even if your body’s yelling, “But it’s still Europe time!” 2. ๐Ÿ’ง  Hydrate like a queen Water, electrolytes, lemon water—whatever gets you sipping. Flights and walking dehydrate you fast. 3. ๐Ÿฒ  Eat simple, nourishing food Think warm soups, fresh veggies, and easy meals that don’t confuse your tummy. 4. ๐ŸŒž  Catch morning light Get outside for at least 10 minutes early in the day to reset your internal clock and boost your mood. 5. ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿพ‍♀️  Stretch and move gently Your feet and back deserve love after all that walking. Try gentle stretches, yoga, or a calming walk. 6. ๐Ÿ›‹️  Embrace “nothing” time Dedicate a day or half-day to pure chill mode—tea, cozy shows, journaling, or just vibing. 7. ๐ŸŽฎ  Set a wind-down alarm Give yourself a soft reminder to pause screens and g...

Bulk Buying Dexcom & Libre Sensors — My Missed Chance ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพ‍♀️๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพ‍♀️

✈️ I Could’ve Bought My Dexcom Sensors in Bulk… But I Forgot So here’s a story: I was recently in  Krakรณw, Poland , just minding my business, enjoying the sights, the food, the vibe — and completely forgot to do one major thing: Buy my Dexcom G7 sensors in bulk. No prescription. No insurance games. No quantity limits. Just click, pay, done. Meanwhile back in the U.S.? ๐Ÿงพ Jump through hoops. ๐Ÿšซ Limited to 2 or 3 sensors per order. ⏳ Gotta wait for “approval time” like it's some VIP list. ๐Ÿชช And yes — even with insurance, there are  restrictions. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ Poland Had It All Figured Out While casually browsing Polish diabetic supply sites like  Diabetyk24 , I realized something: Dexcom G7 sensors cost just 250 zล‚ (~$63 USD) You don’t need a prescription You can buy as many as you want And even though I don’t pay out-of-pocket here in the U.S. (thanks to my insurance), I absolutely  would’ve paid cash while overseas  — just for the freedom to stock up. A  2–3 month ...

✈️ I’m Going to Europe for Two Weeks! ๐ŸŒ

Countdown: 16 Days Until Takeoff! ⏳๐Ÿ“… It’s official—your girl is headed to Europe from June 4 to June 16 for two unforgettable weeks thanks to my scholarship ๐ŸŽ“✨. It still doesn’t feel real! My love for Europe got me seriously debating which country to move to… because let’s be honest—America is ghetto and the dream is unattainable ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. I’m excited for another stamp in my passport ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ“˜ We’ll be traveling to Germany ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช, Poland ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ, and the Czech Republic ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฟ as part of a class on the Holocaust. This isn’t just some cute vacation—this is an actual course. The trip includes learning, growth, and deep emotional experiences. Before we even step foot on the plane, we had a talk with a Holocaust survivor who escaped with her family and now lives by the Jersey Shore. She shared her story—including how some relatives who stayed behind were taken. I don’t think I’ll ever forget that ๐Ÿ˜ข That’s not just history you read about. That’s history you feel. ๐ŸŽ’ Packing Update Let me tell you—pac...
