Black History: 365 Days, No Permission Needed ✊🏾

To my fellow readers—both book lovers and those just passing through Awkwardly Introverted—I hope y’all are enjoying this celebration of Black power, Black excellence, and Black men and women doing the damn thing. ✊🏾✨ As a proud Black woman, I know one thing for sure: no one can tell us anything. We are Black history. 365 days a year.Every. Single. Day. 🖤💪🏾

And to the racist white folks mad about it—sit y’all asses down somewhere. 🪑 We’re not going anywhere. In fact, we’re growing, thriving, and taking up space. Y’all keep trying (and failing) to erase us, but history proves we don’t just survive—we rise. 🌍🔥

That orange, Cheeto-dusted buffoon 🧀 with his crusty, chapped mouth? He couldn’t stop us before, and he damn sure can’t now. We’ve faced far worse, and yet, here we are—stronger, smarter, and more unstoppable than ever. 💯

The weak-ass old white men clinging to power? Terrified. 😆 Scared that we’ll do to them what they’ve done to us for over 400 years. But see, we don’t need revenge—because we’re too busy winning. 🏆 They can try to hold on, but we’re on their necks, just like the Alabama dock brawl. 🚤🥊

Like Kendrick Lamar said, “You not like us.” And guess what? We gon’ be alright. 🎶✊🏾

Black History Month? We don’t need permission to celebrate ourselves. We ARE the celebration. 🎉 So in 2025, let’s turn all the way up. 🔥 To my Black people—stay proud, stay loud, and keep making history. ALWAYS. ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
