Fresh and Rejuvenated: A Perfect Evening Routine

Finally got out of the shower and bath 🛀🏾 with a freshly clean body and face. Feeling good! I stayed in there for a good hour or two just soaking, since I had the chance to do so before reconnecting my insulin pump and putting on my Dexcom again. There's nothing like a good soak in the bath and a rinse off in the shower. Whew, I'm not itchy right now, thank goodness for that Aveeno body wash! Now, it's time to relax with some music until I get sleepy. This evening is all about self-care and unwinding. I hope you all find time for yourselves too! Self-care is so important, especially when managing diabetes. Taking the time to relax and care for your body can make a world of difference in how you feel both physically and mentally.
