Loving My Web Design Class and Free Adobe Illustrator!

So, math was a challenge… again. 😂 This time, we had to work in groups of 4, and the pressure was on because we had to stand up and solve a math problem in front of everyone. I was so nervous! 😳 I didn’t quite get the answers right in the group, but guess what? I tried it on my own and nailed it! 🎉 Okay, it was the easier problem, but hey, I’m taking that win! 😂

Now, let’s talk about my web design class. Oh my goodness, I’m already in love with it! My professor is such a talker, and I mean that in the best way. She’s super engaging, and the class is so interesting right from the start. Plus, she gave us a 15-minute break, which was perfect after that math adventure!

But here’s the absolute best news—I don’t have to pay for Adobe Illustrator anymore! 🎨💻 I’m using the school’s license now, and it includes all the apps for free! Can you believe it? This is such a game-changer for me because now I have full access to everything I need for my graphic design projects, without the extra cost. I’m over the moon about this!

This class is already shaping up to be amazing, and I can’t wait to see all the creative projects we’ll dive into. Stay tuned for more updates because this journey is just getting started! And yes, math is still giving me a run for my money, but we’re making progress, one problem at a time. 😅

Diary of a Chaotic Day: Math, Figma, Funky Classmates, and a Walmart Surprise

lol this ai pic is so funny 😂  Late Post: Written on November 14, 2024 Today was… something, to say the least. It all started with a brutal math quiz 🧮 ➗ that, for some reason, my professor thought could be done in 20 minutes—without a calculator. Seriously? Twenty minutes to solve problems like: • p² + 11p + 30 = (p + 5)(p + 6) • b² + 8b + 15 = (b + 3)(b + 5) • 36 - 25t² = (6 - 5t)(6 + 5t) These aren’t your basic addition problems—factorizing on paper is a whole other struggle! Tackling them without any kind of help was impossible 🤯. Math class feels like my personal downfall, but I’m powering through as best as I can 💪🏾. After surviving that, I treated myself to some Green Day coffee ☕ and mini tacos 🌮 with a kick!
