Finding a Kindred Spirit at FDU

Today, my guide at FDU was so socially awkward and introverted 😂. It was actually quite comforting to see that there are people like me out there.


He’s definitely braver than I am because I would never take on a role like that! It made me feel better knowing I’m not alone in feeling this way. It’s nice to know that there are others who understand the challenges of being introverted in social settings.


Despite his awkwardness, he did a great job guiding us and making sure we all had the information we needed. It takes a lot of courage to step out of your comfort zone and help others, and I really admire him for that.


This experience has made me feel a bit more confident about starting my journey at FDU. If he can do it, maybe I can push myself a little more too.

Diary of a Chaotic Day: Math, Figma, Funky Classmates, and a Walmart Surprise

lol this ai pic is so funny 😂  Late Post: Written on November 14, 2024 Today was… something, to say the least. It all started with a brutal math quiz 🧮 ➗ that, for some reason, my professor thought could be done in 20 minutes—without a calculator. Seriously? Twenty minutes to solve problems like: • p² + 11p + 30 = (p + 5)(p + 6) • b² + 8b + 15 = (b + 3)(b + 5) • 36 - 25t² = (6 - 5t)(6 + 5t) These aren’t your basic addition problems—factorizing on paper is a whole other struggle! Tackling them without any kind of help was impossible 🤯. Math class feels like my personal downfall, but I’m powering through as best as I can 💪🏾. After surviving that, I treated myself to some Green Day coffee ☕ and mini tacos 🌮 with a kick!
